About Me

I’m Julie and I love to cook.  As a child, I loved watching my father and my maternal grandmother cook.  As I grew older, I cooked for myself, my friends, and roommates, and discovered that I had a bit of a knack for it.  I had a few rough years of poor health, and discovered healing through food.  Now I cook for myself, my family, and my friends with the goal of promoting health.  My recipes are grain-free (gluten-free), legume-free, and dairy-free (Paleo); yet full of flavor and made only with REAL FOOD ingredients.  My picky-eater daughter will even eat most of what I cook without complaint!  I just wish I could find someone to follow me around and clean up after me!  Applications being accepted …
